Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 26, 2026 · Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Level Up Performance Training ("Level Up," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, enroll an athlete, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you enroll or contact us, we collect the athlete's name and program, the parent/guardian's name, email address, and (if provided) mobile phone number, and any messages you send us.
Payment information. Payments are processed on MindBody's secure hosted checkout. We do not collect or store your full card number; card details are entered directly on MindBody's page.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect limited technical data such as your device type, browser, IP address, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies).
Information from third parties. We use MindBody to manage memberships, class scheduling, and billing, and may receive related account information from that service.
How we use information
- To create and manage athlete and guardian accounts and process enrollments and payments.
- To provide classes, scheduling, and customer service, and to respond to your inquiries.
- To send account and schedule communications about your membership.
- To send marketing messages (email and/or text) where you have opted in — you can opt out at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers — such as MindBody (membership, scheduling, and payment processing), Vercel (website hosting and privacy-friendly visit analytics), Microsoft Clarity (aggregate site-usage insights), Metricool (social-media scheduling and aggregate visit counts from our social posts), and Meta (advertising measurement and ads on Facebook and Instagram), who process information on our behalf.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Level Up, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- With your direction or consent.
We do not sell your personal information. On some pages we use the Meta Pixel, which under California law counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out anytime (see Your privacy choices).
Cookies, analytics & how we measure the site
We keep an eye on how the site performs so we can make it better. Here's what that involves and why:
- Visit measurement (Vercel Web Analytics). Counts page views and which link brought you here — for example, an email or an Instagram post. It's privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- Page-experience insights (Microsoft Clarity). Helps us see how people use the page — aggregate "heatmaps" of where visitors click and scroll, and anonymized replays of on-page activity — so we can fix confusing spots. It may set cookies, it masks any text you type by default, and we use it only to improve the page, not to identify you. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Social-post measurement (Metricool). Counts visits that arrive from our Instagram and Facebook posts so we know which posts people found useful. It records page views in aggregate and does not identify you personally. See Metricool's privacy policy.
- Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). On our main pages, the Meta Pixel lets Meta know a browser visited, so we can show our ads to people who have already been here and see whether an ad led to a booking. It sets cookies, and Meta may connect the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account you are signed into. We don't send Meta your name, email or phone number. To opt out, use "Your privacy choices" below or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. See Meta's privacy policy.
- Our own basic activity log. When you view the page or tap a button, we record that action — along with a random, anonymous tag stored in your browser so we can tell one visit apart from another — to understand the path people take through the page. It is not linked to your name or contact information.
We use this information to understand what's working and to improve the page and our offers. We do not sell it. Apart from the Meta Pixel described above, we do not use it for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
Your privacy choices
- Advertising (Meta Pixel) — the pixel is on in this browser. We also honor Global Privacy Control automatically. Your choice is saved in this browser only.
- Marketing emails — unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
- Marketing texts — reply STOP to opt out at any time (see our SMS & MMS Terms).
- Access, correction, or deletion — contact us using the details below and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
Children & minors
Our website and enrollment flow are intended to be used by adults (parents/guardians), or by athletes who are at least 18. Information about a minor athlete is provided to us by their parent or guardian in connection with training services. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online without verifiable parental consent. We don't use the Meta Pixel on pages built for athletes, and we don't target ads to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information without such consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention & security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
California residents — Notice at Collection
This section applies to California residents and supplements the information above, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA).
Categories of personal information we collect
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number.
- Customer records — enrollment and membership details.
- Commercial information — purchases and services obtained.
- Internet/network activity — limited website usage and device data, including visits shared with Meta for advertising (Meta Pixel).
We collect this information for the business purposes described in How we use information. We do not sell personal information. We share internet activity with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of (see Your privacy choices). We retain each category for the period described in Retention.
Your California rights
Subject to legal limits, you have the right to know/access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of sharing (use Your privacy choices or Global Privacy Control). We do not sell personal information. You may also designate an authorized agent to act for you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
